The elementary school Alojzije Stepinac was nominated for the Viktor Kovačić award as the most prominent completed work in all fields of architectural creation in 2013. The building was also nominated for the Vladimir Nazor award for the best achievment in the field of architecture and urbanism in the republic of Croatia.
